GBF Newsletter

GBF uses Mailchimp to manage subscriptions to the GBF Newsletter. Note that Mailchimp’s servers are located in the United States. If you sign up for the newsletter, you consent to GBF sharing your name, email address, organization and choice of language with Mailchimp for the purpose of sending you the GBF newsletter. We will not share your information with any other party and we will not use your information for any reason other than sending you the GBF newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of each newsletter email. GBF only retains your personal information while you are subscribed to the GBF newsletter.

You have the right to verify what personal information GBF holds about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated or deleted by sending an email to info@grahamboeckhfoundation.org.

GBF’s practices regarding the GBF newsletter are designed to comply with anti-spam legislation. If you believe you have received an email in violation of Canada’s Anti-Spam Law or that you should not have received for any reason, please contact GBF at info@grahamboeckhfoundation.org.

Third Parties

As described in the sections above, GBF uses the services of Google Analytics and Mailchimp. The GBF website also contains links to sites that are not under the control of GBF.
